We recently hosted our parents’ fortieth anniversary party at Pizzaman, and we could not have hoped for a better experience. Not only did Aladdin work with us to create a stellar menu for this four course meal, but the wait staff was amenable and friendly the whole time. Our server, Lauren, was particularly kind and responsive with our guests’ requests and needs. The entire staff was happy to let our party of 25 use their space for the evening, and after a few days, my siblings and I have received multiple texts from guests detailing how much they enjoyed the experience. Our meal included two salad courses, two appetizer courses, a pasta dish, and a choice of three entrees. Appetizers included mussels and calamari, and entrees were eggplant parm, shrimp scampi, and chicken francese. All of the courses were expertly prepared and satisfying for us and our guests. Between the excellent food and the quality service, we will certainly be looking toward Pizzaman for future banquet arrangements.
We had our daughter’s second birthday party here. The kids got to make their own pizzas and it was a hit, but more importantly the pizza and service were great. We have been coming for dinner here for years to enjoy the spectacular food and look forward to continuing to do so! Thank you pizza man!
Fortunately, we won a gift certificate from a local town sports team fundraiser for this restaurant. Somehow, we had a kid-free night, and my wife suggested a date night, which we could use the gift certificate for. At first, the name threw me off, as I thought the establishment was more of a take-out place. We looked at the menu online and decided to give it a try. Long story short, the restaurant has been around for many years, but it has been under new ownership for the last year. The staff was excellent, and it was clear that the business was family-owned and operated, as they took pride in their service. There are approximately 12 tables, and they offer glassware for BYOB. So, bring your wine and enjoy. The food was prepared with a lot of flavor and high-quality ingredients. The staff was beneficial with suggestions for new customers. The breaded artichoke hearts, served as an appetizer, were something I don’t usually see on a menu. Honestly, I could have just had the appetizer and been full. We didn’t finish half of it, so the portions are plentiful. I hope their calamari meets the exact expectations next time. They offer numerous deals and coupons for both online and take-out orders. We will be coming back, and yes, we will bring the kids next time, as I know they will enjoy.
We recently had our sons 5th birthday party rock n roll theme with classmates and cousins here. We couldn't have been more impressed with everything from the kids making their own pizzas to the service and food. Thanks to Al and Sam for going above and beyond and were such a pleasure to work with. The kids and parents had a blast & our son said he had a super awesome time! Definitely recommend Pizza Man for parties and food. I'm sure we will be back!
It's True. The Pizza Man makes some great pizza. Was not expecting such a great slice of Pizza when in the area for the Pizza Hunters App on the 2019 Morris County Pizza Hunt. The place was busy, but the people were very nice behind the counter. Looks like they do more of a sit down restaurant business than your normal Pizzeria, but you can still order single slices. The sauce hits you first, then a really creamy cheese followed by a great crust. This was a solid slice all around and would not be surprised if they are in the top 10 in Morris County with. High Overall Pizza Grade. Great Job Pizza Man. Look forward to another visit.
Haven’t been to Pizzaman in a couple years and decided to give a try again for lunch. It’s clear that there was a revamp in the decor and food due to new ownership. Pizza was the best pizza I’ve had in long time! My family tried the plain, margherita, and mango chicken habanero. I enjoyed the house salad as well. Definitely recommend.
